Run Club - 3 sessions a week suitable for beginners, improvers and experienced runners, incorporating:
- An interval session designed to increase speed, stamina and metabolism. These sessions can enhance any training regime and are suitable for all fitness levels.
- A short run for those new to running or improvers – distance usually 3-4 miles
- A longer run for improvers and experienced runners – distance 6 miles

All sessions meet at different points in and around Milton Keynes using parkland trails, footpaths and even cross country terrain. They will get you fitter than you thought possible and above all are FUN!
