Bootcamps

At FitBuddies, we believe bootcamps enable us all to train together. By designing sessions that push everyone of all levels together without segregating you into ability groups, we can learn from, inspire and encourage each other whilst having lots of laughs along the way! Sessions involve a huge range of bodyweight exercises in a variety of formats which instructors adapt to suit the needs of the people training in any given session. So you don't need to be fit before you come along, you won't get left behind but you WILL love it!
